The Faderco group, leader in the manufacturing and distribution of personal hygiene products in Algeria, is actively looking for a SENIOR CRM to join a dynamic team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective CRM strategies to retain customers and maximize their long-term value, while analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
While having proven experience in a similar role, ideally in FMCG, as well as advanced skills in communication, project management and mastery of CRM tools.
